Benefits & Other Important Information
The following benefits are provided to full-time employees (29+ hours per week). Please note that benefits, insurance carriers and/or premiums paid by employees are subject to change annually.
|401(k) Retirement Plan||Available to all employees, both full-time and part-time. Eligible after 1 year of employment. 100% vested after 5 years of service. Must be 21 years of age to participate. Employer match is equal to 20 cents for every dollar the employee puts in up to 5% of pretax salary.|
|Health, Dental & Vision||Coverage becomes available the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Coverage is provided through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield for medical, dental and vision.|
|PTO (Paid-Time-Off)||Full time employees begin accrual of time off from the day they start. The first six months of employment, the employee accrues 24 hours of paid time off which can be taken after 6 months of employment. Accrual of PTO is 12 hours per month for each month completed for supervisors/directors. Exempt professional staff accrues 10 hours per month and all hourly positions accrue 8 hours per month for full time positions.|
|Holidays||Eight (8) recognized paid holidays.|
|EXTENDED ILLNESS LEAVE||A maximum of 240 hours (30 days) of extended illness leave can be accumulated by employees and utilized after three days of personal time is used for an illness for each absence.|
|Flexible Spending Plan||Allows an employee to pay the medical insurance premium, childcare expenses and unreimbursed medical expenses with pre-tax dollars (reduces taxable income).|
