Licensed Counselor – Co-occurring (LPC, LAC or LCSW)
Pay Rate: Minimum salary is $42,000 per year
Applicant must be a Licensed Counselor. Previous substance abuse experience with
CAC II or CAC III preferred. This position requires a minimum of 2 to 5 years
experience working in mental health field. Previous experience as a facilitator
and/or trainer a plus. Candidate must have an understanding of ASAM and SOA-R
level of care criteria. Strong communication and computer skills required. To

Counselor - TCSC (PUEBLO):
Requires a minimum of CAC II with 3-5 years experience in a human service
related field or minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human service field
with the ability to obtain a CAC II within 18 months. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years working in substance abuse field. This position
works in a Therapeutic Community environment with a population of male
offenders. Must have and understanding of ASAM level of care criteria.
Must have solid communication skill. Computer skills required. Valid
driver’s license and insurability required. To

Counselor – Outpatient Services (La Junta)
Requires a minimum of CAC II with 3-5 years experience in a human service
related field or minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human service field with
the ability to obtain a CAC II within 18 months. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years working in substance abuse field. Some positions may
require experience working with certain populations such as children and
adolescents, offenders, etc. Must have and understanding of ASAM level of

Counselor Aide – Men’s Residential
Pay Rate - $9.00 per hour
High School diploma or GED required. This position participates as a team member
of the assigned unit, assisting counseling staff in providing a variety of alcohol
and drug abuse related services. Prior experience with substance abuse providing
direct client care, assessment, triage, crisis intervention, and group counseling
