Alumni Association
The alumni association is a volunteer program
for those interested in sharing their experiences, which have
brought them to where they are today. This program has great
potential to advocate for services and funding for southern
Colorado. This is a program that can only work if there are
people willing to make it work.

Crossroads’ alumni association consists of people that have worked
hard to achieve miles on the “road to recovery.” When clients become
clean and sober, they graduate from a life of substance abuse and
chaos, to a life of responsibility and direction. This is a big
step in the “picture of life” and can be scary to those who come
out of a program and think they have nothing to turn to except
old friends who are still using. This is where alumni play a big
part in the lives of these people. When coming out of a program
into unsheltered territory normal things can feel very overwhelming
at times.
Through a support system made up of individuals that know exactly
how others feel at these times, help is available in getting through
these rough times. Every chemically dependent person has a significant
impact on the lives of others. People need to recognize the importance
they have on others.
If you are interested in becoming part of this Association, or
would like more information on the upcoming events please call
us at (719) 546-6666.
